Color Wheel Tote Bag

This tote bag features the illustration "Prismatic," by artist and engraver Moses Harris. This hand painted print is from his book, The Natural System of Colour, published around 1776 in England. Harris is said to be the inventor of the color wheel, and his hand-tinted etching is possibly the earliest depiction of its type. The work is derived from the three primary colors: red, yellow and blue.
